But one of the first questions many have is: “Where do we find our driver?” Roatán has two main cruise ports: Port of Coxen Hole in Roatán  is  now known as Town Center. Mahogany Bay , now known as “ Isla Tropicale ”. At both ports, the process is simple—but a little different. At Port of Roatán in Coxen Hole, passengers walk straight out of the terminal into a lively area where drivers are waiting just outside the gate. Many hold signs with guest names or company logos. It’s easy to spot your driver, especially if you’ve booked ahead. At Mahogany Bay (Isla Tropicale) , guests walk through the shopping village and toward the main exit.
